Big O Tires

Got a ride home which was nice. But I had to supply my own bags my my tires and they weren't in my car as I asked.

Front desk staff (I think his name was bryan) were very helpful and communicated well, mechanics working on car took the time to show me issues with one of my tires.

Great service, fair prices, & timely work!

The gentleman who checked me in was friendly, the waiting room is comfortable and the price is very reasonable. Also, I walked off and forgot my favorite sweatshirt and the gentleman who checked me in was kind enough to contact me so that I could come back for it.

I continue to go to this location for a variety of reasons. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient.

They were upfront about what the actual problem was easily could of sold me more than I needed

My tires were delivered the day before by Seasonal Tire Storage, and the Big O employees had no record of the delivery. Luckily, we found them in the back of the storage area, but I was worried. Please improve your procedure for receiving tire deliveries from outside services.

Explanation of problem, willingness to check out the problem first, alignment, and determine it it was needed.

Service was fast, correct and just perfect.

They fixed my tire quickly and I was on my way

While the issue I went in for was fixed after receiving my car it now doesn't go to its full speed potential. Not sure if something was accidentally messed up or what

Counter service advised me that even though I had brake squeak, they looked brand new. Did not need changed, but they did grease them for me. I got my oil change and was much faster than comparable chain shop (ahem F-stone). Friendly service.

First time I made an appointment for a tire change usually I just go in and the wait is a long time. I will be making appointments from now on. It was fast and efficient. I had a coupon so the price was right. I have gone to this location for the last 5 years for my car needs. The guys are always super nice.

Very fast! Got all four tires changed in about 30-45 min
