I had a flat tire that was covered under the warranty. Conar was amazing and helped me out that day even though they were short staffed. Because I have an all wheel drive I had to have all four tires replaced. Thanks again for making sure I was back on the road for my long daily commute.

I scheduled an appointment to take my car into the Big O Tires Hamden location. I worked with Jesse who was awesome! I had multiple questions that he answered, and he updated me multiple times while my car was getting serviced. I was given a 2 hour wait, but ended up only waiting a little over an hour for my service - which made me very happy. I’ll be back for sure!

Had a tire mounted incorrectly at another big o store. Took it to Englewood store.to correct the problem. Got me in and finished very quickly. I appreciate the quick turnaround.

Always friendly service. Prices seem to always beat the competition and I feel that I can trust what the service advisor tells me.

Adalyn has a great sense of humor and made the whole stress of car repairs a little less stressful. I'm always been satisfied with the service I receive at Big-O.

Thanks for taking care of me early Saturday morning May 5 at the Santa fe and Hampden location. The wait was minimal and my alignment corrected which will hopefully stop my tire issue. Great customer service and appreciate applying a coupon discount as well!

The staff was super friendly. Explained what my brakes were needing done and why, they even showed me how much of the pad I had left. Love this location!!!
