Both Patti and Josh were very polite and professional not just to me put to newly arriving patrons.They are bilingual here and their eagerness to assist you is phenomenal.This location is the best.Come on down and experience great services.I recommended them to anyone.

When I was checking out I was told my air filter needed to be replaced. I wish I was given the opportunity to say "change it"� while they were still working on my car.

Drop off was quick and easy, service rep asked relevant questions about my service needs. They called when the car was ready for pickup, and they fixed the issue and explained the fix. Picking up was easy, the rep explained my bill and I was on my way in less than 5 min.

I just dropped in no apt. A young man named Adrian Ortega took care of me. I couldn't drop off my Jeep because I work out of it he said no problem. Adrian said he could have the tires I wanted there in an hour. I came back in a hour and tires I wanted were there. He said it would be an hour to mount and balance and they got them on sooner. GREAT JOB ADRIAN don't find service like that any more but they had it. Thanks Adrian your a good man.

Great customer service

Everyone was polite, explained what and when to expect. Chris Quintana called me to explain an issue about the alignment. Gave me the option and explained other findings that needed to be addressed, was not urgent, and did not pressure. Also offered me information and possible solution on a problem with another of my vehicles. I appreciate all the help.

I have taken both of my vehicles to big o tires one was just in need of new tires. Second vehicle was a emergency for me they took care of it right away I will defiantly make this location my go to place for service.
