Big O Tires

James and his employees are extremely honest. I went there thinking I would need new joints for my wheels which would have cost several hundred dollars, but I was informed that only a piece of plastic was rubbing and making the noise. THEY FIXED IT AND I WAS CHARGED NOTHING!!!!

I thought I needed a full brake job. Mechanic took me back and showed me why I only needed front brakes. They also price matched a shop nearby. Work was done in under 2 hours while I waited and worked in their waiting area.

They've taken care of my truck for the last 5 years. Great tires and outstanding service!!!

I have had highly work done and new ties within the past year and when I drop in they fit me in and sometimes bring me home and pick me up if the wait is too long. Joshua Newberry is very good knowledge in the business and very polite man will do business with them again

Super fast service every time I go in.

I didn't have an appointment, it was a busy day for them but, they made time for me anyway. Fully explained the problem that it was not my tire but the air pressure sensor. They advised the replacement cost and how long it would take to repair. I appreciated how they took the time to explain in language I could understand, treated me as a valued customer even though it is rare I come to this location.

The staff was very knowledgeable and very helpful and letting me know what needed to be done now and what can wait till later

I called and spoke to Josh, and he helped me through the process of buying tires. He checked to see if I needed an alignment and was able to get my car aligned. I dropped my car off, and an hour and a half later, I had my new tires, and my car aligned. It turned out to be a very easy process.

You have always been a great help. I'm on social security. After my house payment there is very little for emergency expenses.
