I needed tires for my 2013 Nissan Leaf and they took care of me fast and with a smile.

Had us in the computer and called to check if we were ready for service. Worked with our schedule and had the vehicle ready and waiting when we arrived to pick it up. Extremely knowledgeable and Friendly.

I have been coming to this Big O for almost 20 years and it is bit rocky and the start but I think that it has changed ownership and the new owners have turned things around. Everyone is friendly and they get right on it. The only problem is with getting my truck back to me with out any oil or grease on something, either the steering wheel or my door handles, the arm rest or the plastic trim on the floor when you get in the truck. I know that times are hard and finding people who care is not easy, maybe you should do like the dealers do and have one person that is clean that is not working on vehicles to move the trucks or cars in and out of the service bays

I first took my daughters car, then took my own vehicle for an oil change. I will be returning to replace the tires in my car

I experienced a catastrophic blowout, and had to leave my car in a parking lot for the day because my roadside assistance was a no-go. When my husband got home and got the spare on (which was already low) it was 5:58. I called Big O to see if I could drop my car off, and even though they were closing, when the lady at the counter heard the situation, she said come on in. She had one of the guys 'in the back' stay also. That's what I call good customer service.
