Big O Tires

Fast and friendly. This was to short so I had to add this line to make them happy.

I would highly recommend Big O tire because they worked upon what I told them and they did, they were really nice to me and overall I very happy about the price 😀

Excellent customer service and knowledge.

I needed to get my tires rotated. My O2 sensor needed replaced. My lugnuts were needed to be replaced. I provided the new lugnuts to be installed when rotating tires. They replaced my O2 sensor for me while I was replacing a clutch at home. 8 can't thank Big O enough for their friendly and efficient service

My tired blew out yesterday morning. I was able to get an appointment that day and within walking distance of my home. When I came back later, I was in a real distressing moment as my other car wouldn't start and I was worried about getting my daughter from school on time. They were prompt and my car was done quickly and you all really helped me solve a problem with minimal disruption to my day. The staff assured me that my vehicle would be ready and they were very kind to me on a day that was very discouraging.

James was extremely helpful in my unorthodox situation. He went above and beyond with his team to assist with my problems. I had two blown out tires due to a pothole on the highway and my car was broken down in the BBQ restaurant parking lot and James and his team brought new tires, I purchased, to my car and mounted them and assisted me in bringing my vehicle to the shop to complete the job and get me four, great, brand new tires for a great price. I am beyond appreciative for what James and his team did for my son and I. Much thanks and will always come back here for service.

I waited for them to open for a tire repair. I had 3 screws in my tire & the tread depth was insufficient. I was sold new tires & had them intstalled & back on the road in 3 hours.

I wish you would take appointments. That would cut down on wait time.

Patti (I believe that was her name) was very friendly on the phone. She was able to go pick up my tires very quickly and kept me updated on what was going on

I called about getting a tire replaced and James was very willing to try to repair it for us instead of having to buy a new tire. I went in and was there for about 20min from start to finish . Another tech helped us and was just as nice!
