Took my 2006 Ford Ranger into Big O Tires on Pecos St to fix a suspected nail in one of my tires. Turns out there was only a piece of metal embedded in the tread and no damage to the tire. No charge said James. Thank you. I'll be back says I.

Well, these people are so kind and friendly. They have helped me out quite a lot in the past through my various vehicles that I have had while in Denver. They have made a difference for me in my old age.

I have been coming to this location for years. Have always had good service. This visit exceeded my expectations by meeting me at the car, thank you Connie. The owner, James, introduced himself and was personable. I was called and informed I needed new tires, trusted them enough to give the go ahead over the phone to do what was needed. They gave me a ride home and would have picked me up if needed. Met Carrie, very friendly and nice. Never felt rushed, all questions and concerns answered . An enjoyable experience. First time we went to Big O it was just after closing time. We pulled in with a nail in our tire and needed a plug. They opened the door and plugged the tire in like 5 minutes. Asked them what we owed them and the shop super said "no charge, glad we could help." Customer for life!!!

We take our company vehicles there and the people on the phone are very helpful and willing to provide us with any information that we need. Once the vehicle is there the service is reliable and timely.
