When my wife went in on Thursday, the 1 hour wait time that she was told turned into 2.5 hours. After watching others going in front of her which arrived after her she left. Went back Friday morning, being the first one at the store, the same guy done the same thing again. Till she went and said something. Then later that day I guess my wife picked up a nail in her tire. That's when we found out, when the tires got rotated, the tire pressure sensors were not retaught to the new location. So the one trip turned into 3. Not saying it wouldn't have happened anyway. But due to the guy putting his buddy in front of my wife on the first day, maybe she wouldn't have ran over the nail after taking it back the second day. I took the car in on the 3rd day, I was treated good. It that because I'm not a woman, or was it because the same man was not there that day. Anyway, we will not buy tires from this location again.

Super friendly and they inspire trustworthiness. While doing oil change and tire rotation they found a problem with one of the shocks on my car and let me know about it. I opted to have them take care if the problem and am very happy with the outcome.

I went to get the oil changed and tires rotated told them I had problem with headlights and they went out of their way to help me get it fixed. I have been buying tires and getting my vehicle serviced for years with the folks on Pecos and I do trust them and recommend them to my friends and family.
