The new owner's are just as bad as the previous guy! Very rude and nasty! I spent well over 2,000 here only to have my new parts damaged and they will NOT cover my parts! Unbelievable!

I took my car in to patch a tire / fix a slow leak. The team patched my tire in under an hour but I ultimately ended up purchasing two new tires as well. The mechanic who serviced my vehicle was very helpful on the phone and took the time to explain my options as well as the associated pricing. After my service, they included a diagram that shows why my alignment was wearing my tires unevenly.

Horrible experience! I paid over $1100 for a full break job, they put a brand of brake pads and shoes on my vehicle that I did not want and I was told they were put on so I had no choice, after I requested other brands in the beginning. I was at big O tires the whole day they did the job.I ended up getting stuck in the mountains for the weekend because of low-quality work. I was stranded in the middle of nowhere,had to pay a man $100 to help me put new brake shoes (34$) on my driver rear two days after having a full break job done. After my weekend being wasted I am out almost $1400 and have brake pads and shoes that I did not want to begin with on my vehicle, one severely worn brand new rear drum and shoes on my driver rear drum that don't match the others! Nightmare!!!!!! The general manager called me back only to try to blame me for things and The problem still has not been resolved . I told the general manager I do not want to go to that location to have work performed for obvious reasons and I was told that there's no guarantee things will be made right on my vehicle!!!! I feel like I got ripped off!!!!

I took my car in to get it checked and the tech did not now what was wrong with. They called me back with other problems then what I took it in for. Then they checked car again and told me it was something else that's was my problem and guareteed me that was the problem 1000 dollars with out tax. So I said no and took it to my machanic and it only coasted 150 dollars don't trust big o not cool what they are doing. Thing about letting the news now about it.

Made an appointment for 12 for a tire change and alignment. After waiting 3 hours I was told they still had not got the alignment done because they were having trouble with another car. Nobody offered me a free alignment and nobody even told me when my car was done I had to go ask. Horrible service.

I called to make an appointment. I was told to come by as soon as I could. The man examined my tires and recommended all new tires. I knew I needed them and he was nice enough to explain options. He replaced my tires in very good time and the price was fair.I have purchased other tires at Big O and have always been satisfied . Thank you!!!

I can't even describe the anger that I feel right now the owner of this Big O Tires is absolutely unprofessional and they we're supposed to do an oil change and we got new tires for a trip to California from Colorado and this experience has not only caused us great stress because our vehicle is now running terrible they said we needed new rotors and calipers for the back brakes and that are front brakes were glazed but they were fine not even a hundred miles into our trip this ridiculous screaming noise started in the back of the vehicle and then our check engine light came on once in California we went to the Big O's out there and they told us our front brakes in desperate need of new rotors and that there was some kind of clamp probably which was causing the screaming from the back end of the car so I had everything put into writing from the California store and once back in Colorado took it to the Big O's where James the owner was the one that I dealt with he took all my paperwork and said he want to review it as he was inspecting the vehicle and I was told they bled the back brakes and did this other stuff that they should have already been done and that the front brakes were fine so once I picked up the vehicle it has the same exact issues and now our front brakes are grinding and dropped it off now and was told that it's going to get really pricey for the front brakes. Now I am absolutely frustrated the amount of money that these people have gotten for terrible service is unbelievable something needs to be done to protect consumers from predators like Big O I would like to add one more thing we were financed $1,750 credit and they charged us $1,725 how convenient right

Stopped to have a tire that was bought there fixed and now it is flat again and was nto fixed correctly. Still leaking and the valve steam extensions that were on all four of my tires are also gone.

I'd turned in my vehicle on Friday , Nov 11th in the a.m. at the 74th and Pecos location and found out I needed a fix of my rack and pinion and my power steering. The lady told me this was something they COULD do , just it was a lot of money, as she stated. I'd made some adjustments and arranged my finances in order to go ahead with the job. I'd called back and told the lady that if this was what my car needed, I would have no other choice but to go ahead and get this done. I was told that it should be ready by that evening, quite possibly Saturday morning. I'd said that was fine. I had called later that day (Friday) and was told that it would not be ready that evening, but they should have it by Saturday morning sometime. I'd called Saturday morning and was told it should be ready by noon-ish. An hour or so after I'd called, I was called back and told by a gentleman that the mechanic was not able to get to my cars' job and it would not be ready. I was told that it should be ready Monday morning, by 12 noon at the latest. I'd called Monday morning and was told it should definitely be ready by noon at the latest. ONCE AGAIN, about an hour later, I was called and told that the "mechanic" on duty, due to either ability,knowledge or lack of priority, could not get my cars' job done and now it should be ready closer to 3p.m.! Calling back around 11:00am, I asked if I was there at approx. 3pm , if I could just pick it up and go as quickly as possible. I was told that NOW, my car may not be ready until the end of the day!!!! He'd said his best option would be to give a call back at around 1pm today and see where they're at. Talking to the Manager, Josh I believe, gave me no confidence in this location and this companies ability to get the job getting done. I feel there was no attempt to resolve or improve on what ended up, and still is, a very shitty situation. His responses left me feeling that the employees are not on the same page and apparently, neither is Management. My car is my lively hood and the only mode of transportation I have. If I would have known on Friday that this job was too big to handle, or there was bigger jobs infront of mine AND would have known that there is NO MECHANIC WHO CAN ACCOMPLISH THIS JOB WORKING ON A SATURDAY, I could have picked up my vehicle and taken it to a different company who could have taken care of this situation and had my car back on Saturday evening ( I'd called around and had verification from other companies). This whole process shows an inability to backup and accomplish the promises and guarantees given to customers through this location and apparently this company. I had an extremely important presentation today at 3 different work locations and due to the inability of others at this location, I was forced to lose one and reschedule 2. I thought I could try for at least 1 this afternoon, but being that I was told it probably won't be ready until this evening, I can not. $1200 dollars may not be alot for some people, but this is a TON of money for me. It seems that once I was given a total estimate, said OK to the price, I was left knowing that no matter what, we've got your car and your screwed until we get it back, whenever. We've taken all of our vehicles to Big O to get worked on, tires, etc. After this experience, I can say with conviction, we will NOT be taking any vehicles back to this location, much less a Big O franchise and I will definitely let family and others know about this situation. James Hobbs worked with my Field Tech to make sure that the tires were safe and the truck was driving properly. He was proactive and informative & made sure my Field Tech was in good hands even though I could not be there personally.

they did a good job on my radiator. my truck oil was low and they fill it up for me i did appreciate it so i would not blow up my engine.
