2 hours past the APPOINTMENT TIME. Unexceptionable. They said there was a tire truck come in. If you order tires then you know when they are coming in. Don't put your customers time under yours. Our time is just as valuable as yours. If I were to be 2 hours late would they keep my appointment. I think not. Did not say anything because I did not want to get a crap tire service job and have to wait more time. HAHA. adjust looked at the final invoice. Time in 4:25 pm on 3/19/2019 Time out 3:50 pm 3/20/2019. My appointment was at 11:30 am on 3/19/2019. They also made a big mistake on the mileage. Had it on final invoice as 76716. Actual mileage was 99776. Had to call and get this corrected and had to go back and get corrected copy of final bill. I went with NTB because I have always had good, ( not great wait time is well past what was told) experience. Tires are great but customers time is not a value to your store employees. Had I been 2 hours last I would not have had new tires on my vehicles. Lack of courtesy.

Not very helpful when I had to ask about my 22 check that i paid for. when i asked about the check engine lightthe mechanic stated that it was a different service in which cost $115 diagnostic and proceeded to say "well you should have told us the check engine light was on" like HELLO i didn't know a service call WELLNESS CAR CARE did NOT include a check engine light. Not only that they had my car they did the inspection (or at least said they did i don't think they did anything) Why didn't anyone call me to make suggestions while they had the car they seen the check engine light was on they could have called and let me know they can see what's wrong and i would have authorized them to do the check. Very rude and unprofessional very discouraging and not trust worthy i would never recommend anyone to go to this location ever and i will not be returning to this store.

I have spent a lot of money at this store and when I needed my tires replaced , due to low tred and two plugs it wasn't even recommended. I'm extremely disappointed with the way they handled it. I ended up getting my tires replaced by your competitors across the street.

Was recommended by other people to bring my vhicle here . Glad I did, the first time here and also satisfied this 2nd time on bringing my van in.

Called to check if store had specific tires requested. Person answering wasn't sure about tire types; she advised that Jason would call back within 5 minutes. 45 minutes I called back as return call was not made. Should have stopped process with this store at this point. Spoke to Jason regarding the same tires and was advised they need to be ordered and would be in later that day. I asked if I could schedule early morning appt for the next day for installation. No problem, I was told. Gave the tire sizes and specific tire type. Three times. Was told that payment would need to be made in advance. That was done based on his assurance that tires would be there the next day and that installation would be done first thing in the morning. Went to the store at 7:30, opening time, and spoke directly to Jason. ALL of the information I had already given him the previous day had to be asked again. ALL of the information; it made me wonder if he even took the info down the day before even though credit card information was given. And then the news....the wrong tire sizes were ordered. I politely asked how that had happened and was not given any answer at all, simply a "sorry". Again, the tire size was given to him THREE TIMES the day before. So...a day and a half wasted and no tires. Would never use this outfit. I left wondering if they knew tires were made of rubber. Now I'm confirming to make sure that the charge wasn't processed for an incorrect order. It was a bad experience (and a large waste of time) from start to finish.

The key bad points of this experience are that I have been in sales for nearly 20 years, I'm a business owner and I rarely ever send a bad review because I like to build businesses up. It's better for everyone that way. The fact that James was pushy to the point that I thought he was being graded by somebody on making sure that he got some type of money from me was the most annoying experience I've ever had in an automotive repair setting. I deal exclusively with Big O Tires on Colfax because their customer service isnaytentive, compassionate, and focused. They never make me feel stupid just because I don't know all of the automotive jargon the way James did, they never ever try to oversell me as James did, as a matter of fact they tell me things that don't need to be done today and THAT is how you create repeat business. Big O on Colfax has never made me feel poor or Indigent because I couldn't afford three tires when I came in for one tire as James did. He actually screamed out into the shop for everyone to hear, "No, he can't afford it!" which was fully humiliating to me. And lastly, no one at Big O Colfax has ever physically grabbed me on my shoulder to pull me back and talk to me about a credit plan, still trying to sell me even more stuff after I've explained my situation embarrassingly to him more than once at this point . James needs to learn a lot about boundaries when it comes to sales and personal interaction. This is why my business stayed with Big O but changed locations. It wasn't the company it was definitely the person. Big O Colfax had my problem resolved in no time with smiles and actually.making me feel like a friend as well.as a client. If James has any power at this location then it is my assumption that others are being trained using his methods and that is going to be detrimental to the success of that branch. Thank you for your time.

My 2010 Ranger was over heating. I tell them I would like a new thermostat. They come up with the radiator is leaking. They ignore what I asked for. So I get new radiator and no New thermostat. A couple of weeks later and my truck is over heating again. Now they said I need a new Thermostat. $ 1,500 later. They love ripping people off!

The charge for diagnose was $35 And I paid them, then when I schedule a alignment even though it was the very same day they charge me an additional $79 I told the manager I just needed the front wheels aligned he said the don't do things half assed! Terrible service

Everything was done in a timely fashion. The employees were very welcoming and friendly, the manager Joshua also had a great sense of humor. Everything that was done on my vehicle was explained to me in a way that I would understand & Joshua also provided me with great advice and recommendations. I will definitely be visiting this location in the near future, especially since I need to replace 2 tires & I'll be recommending Big O Tires to all my friends and family members!

I asked for an oil change and tire rotation (Angel).The tire rotation was forgotten.When I picked up my car I asked how long to get the rotation done and Angel said 15 minutes.It took 30 because the technician left the car on the rack while chatting away with someone else and Angel had to press the guy to get it off the rack.I asked for lockheed martin discount and don't think I got it (39 bucks).

Bret took great care of my needs (just a nail in my tire) immediately! Even tho they seem super busy Bret not ONLY got my tire taken care of RIGHT AWAY but was very professional and friendly!!
