Big O Tires

Tires put on, no alignment......... Still told me that my vehicle is unsafe due to other issues!!!!!!

Bret & Josh took my call with major tire issue and had to be towed to them. They were great in their communication to me.

Service advisors were polite. Reason I give this location 3 stars is because they were only able to complete 2 of the 4 tasks I went in for. They were able to mount my tires balance and align my wheels. They did not however do my brake fluid flush or service my transmission and when I went to pay was almost charged for the services until I had mentioned it to them. The tech who was working on my car spoke with me and did not feel comfortable servicing the transmission, I was ok with that. I'd rather them not touch it then start to have issues later down the road but when he told me they hadn't even done the brake fluid flush, I had already been there several hours so I just told them to do my alignment so I can be on my way.

Took a tire in for flat , was taken care of right away, had another flat tire different vehicle, took that in two days after the first flat tire, was impressed with the service and professionalism, so I went back, spoke with Josh about second flat tire, Josh was very helpful, took care of my problem,

good experience but I ask for free alignment because I spent almost 4000 this year thus far.

The customer service went well. Appointment set, dropped off car with no problem. I was given a call to explain the diagnosis and was very clear about it. They also explained the price of service. I got a call when service was done. Came to the shop transition went well and picked up care with no problem. The gentleman did well with customer service as well as work that was done.

I was pretty surprised at how long it took to complete a routine oil change. I brought my car in between 12-1pm and heard nothing by 4pm so I called and was told that the oil change wouldn't be completed until 5:30. I got to the location around 5:20 and didn't get my car back until 5:45. I was a little shocked since in the past most oil changes I've gotten take 1-2 hours and the most I've ever waiting was ~3 hours when I take my car on a Saturday. I wouldn't have considered the wait time a negative if I had been warned that the car wouldn't be ready for hours but when I brought my car in they asked if I wanted to wait for the change to be completed.

Keaton Qualls was an excellent rep. He was very friendly & super helpful with all of my questions and pricing. I expected the oil change to take 2 hours since I was quoted an hour wait time, but it only took a half hour!

Well, I seriously was not greeted at my car, offered a free alignment check or a credit application... I came to purchase 2 tires for my van, when picking up my vehicle I'm given a list of other things you say is wrong with my vehicle and that it is unsafe to drive on the streets... I didn't ask for anything else but my tires, so why would you find it important to tell me other things going on about my vehicle and not offer to take care of it. Telling me that it will cost $3000.00 for me to have it done by you!!!!!!!!

The attention to detail that Josh followed he listened to everything I had to say about the entire process.

Was extremely disappointed that it took 2 hours to fix 1 tire and do a rotation. The communication between the employees was horrible. They had to figure out how to do a warranty exchange on the 1 tire nobody knew exactly how to do this. I was also disappointed that I had to pay to have a the new tire warrantied tire put on. When we purchased tires last year we were under the impression that if something happened it would not cost anything.

Josh Newberry was very helpful. He explained to me why I needed a new tire since my truck was brand new. I had driven over something on the highway and got my sidewall which is not repairable.

guys- normally you treat us/me like rock stars. I came in last week for an oil change/ tire rotation. I was told as I was leaving I was missing a lug nut...

They installed filters on my car that I didn't ask for then tried to ask me to pay for them and I told them no then I had to wait not only the extra time for the install but for them to take the filters out and reinstall my old ones... it was frustrating and a total inconvenience since I was then late to my job interview...

Josh was exceptional with his Customer Service and in helping me find the best deal for the type of tire I wanted and the Service Tech was exceptional with how he was able to remove a stuck tire and fix the issue without breaking the bank. Everyone at the location was extremely helpful and went above and beyond with getting me the tires and oil change I needed. Thank you to everyone, but especially Josh who made the experience a good one.

I called ahead of stopping in to get a tail light replaced so I wouldn't have to wait for them to get the bulb. I waited at least 30 minutes or longer, when I was told they would get my car right in. I probably waited another 15 minutes or more. Finally they said the tech miss read the ticket, thought I needed an alignment. Josh, the garage manager was great, he gave me the service for free since it took so long.

I had an emergency brake replacement that needed to get done and they had time to squeeze me in, and finished the job very quickly! The price was solid too!

I thought it was pretty ridiculous that an oil change would take 90 min. What was more rediculous is it actually took. 2 hours.
