I've been going to this location for years, and have always been satisfied with the product/service received.

They try very hard, the place is clean and good service.

Came in without an appointment and within 90 minutes I had new tires on my car. Great service and friendly staff. Great experience!!

I initially wanted to wait for my service but it was going to take at least 3 hours so one of the associates gave me a ride home and picked me up to return to the shop. Also, the associates explained why I didn't need a particular service and I was thankful for their HONESTY! Once you TRUST a company you are a return customer :-) This was my 2nd visit and I will be back!

Great experience all around, with one exception. I had new tires installed, drove away to my work, which was less than 1-mile away, and all was fine. When I drove home at the end of the day, my tire pressure alert went off indicating I had low pressure on the passenger rear tire. I tested the tire pressure, and it was under inflated at ~32 psi, and not the 37 psi like the rest of the tires. I topped the air off at home, and it seems to be stable, and not leaking. I needed to reset the tire pressure sensor on the car computer. Otherwise very good service.

Josh was very friendly on my oil change service and clearly communicated the details for the quote I had requested. When I returned for suspension services the following week, he was again there and friendly. He clearly communicated the details and nature of the extended services suggested beyond what was originally quoted. He was also efficient in providing a price range for the added services. I was so pleased that when I received my economic stimulus, I immediately called in to have my spare tire changed as well!

Well as luck would have it one of the four tires I purchased had to be replaced and cost me another $140 because it couldn't be repaired and when I got them I didn't get the warranty because I couldn't afford to add it but they still got me a new tire just my luck I still would send people here because they are good people and will try and help you.

It was not a planned expense when I had to buy new tires but the associate who helped was very knowledgable and helpful in finding a decently priced tire for replacement that I could afford.

I always go with the store Manager Jason for all my repairs and questions.....Jason is great and I appreciate all his extra efforts in getting any and all repairs done..

Big O has been a neighborhood staple for many years and we have been customers as long. Great group of people running this business.

Overall, I had a very good experience. Josh was super helpful and easy to work with. The quality of work on my car was good as well. However the car was returned to me with dirt and grease stains on the front seats and driver-side door. It took me nearly an hour to clean it after I returned home from the shop. This was very disappointing after an excellent experience.

Bret was extremely helpful and explained all of my options thoroughly. I just popped in and I had new tires on my car within two hours. The store was very busy and I was thrilled they could help me out on such short notice. Excellent customer service and I will definitely be back. I spoke with every member of the front desk staff and I felt extremely welcome. The location is 100% the best in Denver

Tried to sale my daughter new brakes when brakes were done two months ago. Did not reset sensors.

When I called, I was told to come in immediately. In addition to the problem that I was there for, other things were checked out and taken care of.

It would have nice if I got back all my chrome tire stem caps.. That was a bummer seeing 3 of them are missing.....other than that....
