Did great job on the tire repair but they are very slow.

Josh is always great and the rest of the team is always super friendly!

The folks at this shop are very knowledgeable and accommodating. They inspected my vehicle right away, and recommended repairs in a clear, concise manner. I am very satisfied with the work that was performed, and am still amazed that all of it was completed within 24 hours. If you want to deal with a truly professional shop, give these guys a try.

the mark up on the parts is really high

I was given the price of the product , the price of labor also a caution that there could be some minor miscellaneous parts such as nuts bolts and gaskets. The person that helped me out and his manager were very professional. Shane was the man Bret gave me a ride home and when the service was completed Shane assisted me to get my truck home.

Getting ready to leave and my dummy gauge on the tire light indicated a low front right tire. It was checked by the installer and, was indeed low. Also my cap for the valve stem was left off. I have always been treated with professionalism at this store,and I have lived in the neighborhood for over 25 years. My point is sometimes we get preoccupied with other distractions and quality is lacking over being though. I should expect within reason to know that all I's are dotted and T's crossed before the customer is given back their vehicle. If I didn't have that dummy gauge I would have never know and been driving around on a brand new, paid in full , tire. Normally these things work out but sense you asked. Clearly a training issue and one that can be resolved. Thank you. Respectfully, John Bertles

I told them I needed my truck back by 2pm the got it done at 2:30pm. The breaks are still soft I am going take it back and have them look at it again.
