I got there and about 8 o'clock and my car was done within 45 minutes. Birth and technician that were placed by French tires did an awesome job in a shorter period of time than has ever been worked on my car before!! Very very happy with the service

Everything would have been 5 stars because customer service was amazing. However, they took too long and estimated 1-1.5 hrs of my time. It took 2.5 hours. Other than that- PERFECT

JT, the associate who helped me out, provided exceptional customer service start to finish! In today's world where that seems to be lacking, it's really nice to see someone that "gets" it. I came in to get a slow leak fixed, an alignment, and price some new tires. JT was a great help with all of it. The only reason I am not rating all 5's is that one of my tires was greatly overly inflated afterwards. Not a big deal as my car tells me what the tire pressure is, but just something I wouldn't expect.

Shane and his manager were incredibly supportive with finding the right tire for my car.

Had an issue with a recently purchased tire. Within an hour they found the problem, replaced the tire and I was on my way. Great service!!

Jade new Tom's installed and was told light would go out after driving it awhile. Light had not gone out in 5 days. Will be back.

As usual, my needs were met in a professional manner.

The stores GM, Eric and Josh came together and really made things right! Josh took the time to talk to me and that was very rewarding, since he is a veteran technician. I will go back, knowing they are honest people and really care. They were very apologetic and humble despite me being upset.

Customer service is awesome, the people that work here are friendly. I went in took my SUV for a alignment was done within 1hr. I will deffenetly go back again to purchase some tires for my other vehicle. 🙂😉😃👍

1st off, I came in on the WRONG APPOINTMENT. Bret took care of that RIGHT away without any issue. He was very profesional and very helpful. Took care of my needs for that appointment. I will be returning.

Brian worked with me to get my truck done in good time. Your pricing was fair as I can see. Jason suggested I get an alignment, I told him I planned to get new tires in September and an alignment at that time. That changed when I went in to pay my bill. I planed to pay with my personal check but was told that was not acceptable and a credit card is what I had to use. I was very disappointed I payed with a credit card. I decided to purchase my new tires elsewhere where they take personal checks.
