Two names come to mind. Brett, a fantastic knowledgeable and most importantly personable manager. He cares. If he's on the property I am comfortable leaving my vehicle. I have had bad service prior at this store and started coming back in to have Pedro (#2 name)check my air. Through him I had asked for some help from Brett for my son's Tesla. Then he took care of my car when I had some screws in two tires. Please hang on to these two guys. I have lived in this area for many years and they are the secret to your success.

Made initial appointment, when I arrived the tires were not available, rescheduled and when I arrived tires were not available. Also worker had made promise that he was unable to honor. However the person in charge for involved and offered us different tires at the same price as what we were expecting. He was wonderful and made us feel important and wanted. He saved NTB a customer. Well done!
