Jason is spot on, listens to my requests, offers his expertise advice, cross references types and sizes and gives a honest and dependable estimate as well as duration of the service time. I brought in two fleet vehicles for services and got me home until the services were completed. I brought in my Uncle for separate personal vehicle issues and he was very satisfied as well. Thank you Jason, I pass at least 6 other tire/service centers on my way to your shop and it is well worth the drive.

The check in process was smooth and clear. I needed new tires and Shane Downing walked me through the best options for my needs and my vehicle. He was cheerful knowledgeable and transparent on pricing. During the job, I was notified of the need for new brake pads. Communication was excellent and everything was completed quickly. I’ll be coming back to the Pecos location for any of my future needs.
