Big O Tires

This store is always willing to help, and never tries to over promise. I usually bring in my own tires to get unmounted/remounted, and I always get a straight answer about how long it will take and a fair price for the job. They have never tried to sell me things I don't want or need, just provide the service I require at a price that is reasonable.

Shane was very proactive and helpful in helping me find a good tire at a good price. He was kind and fit my oil change and alignment in following my new tires being installed. It was a great experience.

Shane was fantastic and reassured me that I had no worry when it came to servicing my vehicle in a timely manner! Mind you, I hadn’t called ahead, nor knew what the issues with my vehicle were at the time, but found that the work performed that day exceeded my expectations and was very affordable! Shane and the team of big O gets my business from this day forward. Not to mention, the business of those that I have the pleasure of sharing my experience with!

I am such a huge fan of Big O Tires! I used to take my vehicle to Big O's in Littleton and had nothing but exceptional service. I recently moved up north and tried out Big O's off Pecos and I love these guys just as much. It's terrifying leaving ones car with an auto shop with all the stories you hear about bad experiences. Not the case with Big O's thank you so much Joseph, Joshua and Brian, you all were fantastic! I will be surprised if I ever take my vehicles anywhere else.

Initially it was supposed to be finished that day, then they got extremely busy and short staffed. Josh let us know that evening. He was very courteous and professional. All the staff were friendly and helpful.

Customer service was awesome. Everyone was so helpful and help with the kids of tires that I wanted.

I had a slow leak in a tire. Big O didn't just pump the tire up. They checked all tires and the one with the slow leak had a faulty valve which they replaced at no cost. Also, Carrie remembered my friend from a few months ago and asked how my "sidekick"� was doing and wished her a Merry Christmas as well as myself. TOP NOTCH SERVICE!

James the new store Owner is absolutely INCREDIBLE!!! This store is worth the drive for anyone who wants honest opinions, good service, and doesn't want to feel like they have been taken advantage of. They told me issues I needed to fix, but more importantly helped me not spend money on things that didn't need fixed. They easily could have unsold me, but actually talked me into doing the cheapest and best option for my car. I own a car dealership and will be taking all of my cars to this location from now on. They absolutely earned my business and I was happy to see everyone else agreeing with me who has already left comments.
