I had a great experience at this Big O Tires location. The staff were amazing and they were great in communicating everything that I needed to know regarding my tire change.

On November 30th getting ready to head to work my truck's battery did not have enought juice to start it. Josh took very good care of me when I got there and even pro-rated what was left on my old batteries warranty and gave me a discount against my new one. There were done in about 30 minutes. Great service as always. The only complaint that would have is that I purchased some new wiper blades there and when I got on the highway to head into work the drivers side wiper was just smearing the splash back that was on the roads after we had 3" of snow on the ground that morning. When I got to work there was a cover over the wiper blade that had not been removed. It was a very small thing that was overlooked but important.

These guys handle all the oil changes, brakes and tires for my fleet of 10 trucks. They do a great job and I haven't had any issues so far.

I found a nail in my tire that was causing a slow leak. I called this location because it is close to my home. Joshua Newberry answered and said that he could find x it for me the same day! I was so happy! The service was excellent and it was done quickly while I waited.

Came in for a tire repair. Scott was very helpful and kept me informed the whole time.

I had a couple tires with holes in them and all my tires also needed replaced as the tread was low. I called Big O Tires and they gave me a quote and told me the tires I could choose from for my car. They had all 4 tires replaced the next morning. Good customer service.
