I had a fairly unusual problem which required a part to be ordered. It took time to get the part shipped, but Big O was honest about that and kept me informed, I was happy with the service and appreciate the fact that I was kept informed. Bret, in particular, was pleasant and helpful. even while obviously very busy,

the only thing was that I was pissed that my brand new tire that had just on one month that it was not warranted because someone sliced it. I also was wondering if I had 2 tires slashed and brought the tires how I could drive my car there. That made no sense.

They kept the appointment time and had the service complete within 30 minutes, as stated.

They knew immediately why my “check engine” light was on. I hadn’t tightened the gas cap. Also, they found out what was leaking all over my driveway—the oil gasket.

Just good all around - vehicle much quieter and steering is so much better - Feel "connected" to the road

I am a long time customer of Big O' Tire, and generally go there for tires and oil changes. About a year ago I went to this location and was not really impressed. As many older comments mention, it was dirty and the service wasn't great. I noticed it was under new ownership so decided to give it another try, and they have definitely turned it around. Which is great since it's so close to my office! I would definitely recommend giving them another shot if you had a bad experience here in the past. I was pleasantly greeted, and they even checked on us in the waiting room to make sure we were doing ok.

Josh and Patty were great. I appreciate their friendly customer service and honest pricing.

I have been in several times in the last month. The floor staff has remembered me and made it a point to work with me on any issues that have arisen. I will keep coming back because of the helpful and professional front of the house staff. And also the quality of work as been great. Thank you!

I had a flat tire. Alex helped me out on Saturday. Everyone did a great job. I'm a regular customer and with great service, I will continue to be a regular.

took about a half an hour to purchase and have my tires put on. maybe it was a slow time for them but that was amazing. If I went to discount or Sam's club it would be a couple hour wait with a reservation.

The staff are always friendly and professional and work hard at taking care of all needs in a timely and efficient way,
