Big O Tires

Got my tire repaired on warranty. People were nice, however, very busy. Not their fault.

The sales associates were extremely helpful and nice throughout the entire process. I love the woman that works here, every time I come she is always so sweet!

As always, this store took excellent care of my reason for the visit.

I had purchased tires from a private owner and you guys mounted and put all of the tires on and I was pleased

No one greeted me, because I dropped off vehicle after hours. I was greeted promptly when I picked up the vehicle.

Employees are super professional and sessional and friendly and give great customer service

My appointment was taken immediately, no waiting. The process on my tire repair was quick, efficient, and without any cost!!! Even if they’d charged me something, I would’ve been highly satisfied… their process beginning to end was extremely fluid.

I had a tire that was losing air but did not want to take my car where I bought my tires as I didn't feel they were honest with me. The people were more than glad to assist me even though I had not bought my tires there. I will definitely will buy my next set of tires at big o.

As usual, this Big O took care of my needs. I will continue to use Big O for my auto service needs.

Josh was great. He helped me get checked in and got my key. I had an appointment for a brake inspection. He later called me and clearly gave me all of the information regarding the condition of my brakes from the inspection. He also detailed what was needed for the repair. They serviced my vehicle and completed it in about 4 hours. I was able to pick up my car later in the afternoon and everything is working fine.

They have the products I need and people to solve my problems.

Very pleased. Customer service excellet. Haven't had that experience in many many years. They went the extra mile. Topped off my oil and tightenen my oul filter without charging. Also was honest by telling me my break pads were still good instead of replacing just to make money. I will be a future customer

Friendly even though they were extremely busy

Got a nail in my truck's sidewall while working nearby. I had to leave that worksite and head to another in a few hours. They were able to find matching tires and get them mounted so that I wasn't delayed at all. Great customer service!

I've been a customer for many years at this location, always treated with kindness and knowledgeable sales personnel. Never do I have to think twice. Great job staff and especially mechanics... :)
