The associate Adrian was extremely well spoken and very accommodating. He was able to change my appointment to a week in advance, which was really helpful for me! He was able to find me an alternative, cheaper tire option still within my price range is well.

I always get straight forward answers and recommendations on particular tires for my 5 vehicles and 12 trailers. The work is completed promptly and with good customer service. I drive past 5 different tire shops and come here for great service and value for my hard earned dollar.

I have been going to Big O on Pecos for about 20 year with many cars that we own and was not always happy with the service I got but the new owners maybe the past 7or 8 years now are doing a great job. My cars have the work done correctly and Or clean and the fact that they are always busy means that it’s a good place to go for service.

Wow! I was a walk in with a nail in my tire. James greeted me immediately as I walked in the office. He took at look at my tire and said he could patch me right up in no time. Less than 30 minutes later, and they were busy, he handed me my keys and said "no charge"�. This is our new tire store and will keep coming back. Thanks for the great service!

Brett and Josh are awesome. I feel like they take good care of our cars for a good value. I completely stopped going to dealerships for services on both of our cars, we just come here now.

I use this Big O because it's close to my home and have been going there about 12 years. Connie has worked there for maybe 4 years she is the best. She really cares about what goes on and takes good care of the customers that come in.

The person who helped me was nice and knowledgeable and fair. And spoke Spanish. Impressive. Patty P. And I will return because she was so caring and nice. And even offered financing.

I brought in 2 lawn tractor tires to have mounted. They did it same day. I dropped off the tires and the old mounted tires. They swapped out the new tires and lubed the bearings for me. I have been taking my cars there for years. It's a good place and the customer service is top notch. 5 Stars guys!

The employees servicing customers in the front were super helpful. It’s rare to feel like people genuinely want to help you rather than take advantage when you’re getting your car serviced and this is how I felt. I think the person who helped me was named Joshua; he was awesome!
