Great customer service

The day I visited, it happened to be the first day of new ownership and there was a lot going on! Wires were being connected, service personnel working in the waiting room and I'm sure a slew of many other things. Even though this was happening, service was excellent and personnel quite pleasant! I've always supported Big O franchises and am happy that I found you. Chris was knowledgeable, helpful, courteous and got the job done. It's comforting knowing that I have a reliable resource in taking care of my tire needs. Thank you!

I went in one evening and they could not work me in but told me to come back the next evening and they would work me in.I did and they did I was very happy because I had to go out of town the next day.
