My grandson was visiting this week. He needed new wiper blades. I drove him by & ordered them, picked them up the next day. Once again, very happy with your service.

The new owner, Jim, went above and beyond to help resolve out of alignment issues with my car. His mechanic even helped us on a three way call with another auto service company to get warranty work done. I would recommend Big O in Estes Park under the new owner, who brings his experience with other Big O stores in Fort Collins to the Estes Park location.

I was warmly greeted at the cashier desk and received quick service. The issue was resolved completely to my satisfaction.

All the folks at Big O Tires, Estes Park are great, but we want to especially recognize the expertise, efficiency and kindness of Dan who came to our rescue today , when our tire was completely torn up . We were unable to get the car to the shop so Dan came on his own time to help us. We always buy our tires at Big O, and with this special service, we always will. Dan is an excellent example of the service that Big O Tires is know for in Estes. Thanks

My wife and I were on vacation, and rather far from home when one of the front wheel bearings went out. Having used Big O for so much of our maintenance at home, it was the first place we sought for help. We were greeted by the store's manager, Chris, who went for a test drive with me. After determining it was a wheel bearing, we set an appointment to have it fixed. Unfortunately, the part was not available in town, which would have meant I would have been without my vehicle in Rocky Mountain National Park for an entire day (or longer) while they waited for the part to be delivered from a warehouse in another town. Instead, Chris got in his car, and drove to that warehouse to get the part himself, just so I would not have to wait any longer than necessary. Brian, the technician who did the actual work, was great. His work was excellent, and done in a minimum amount of time. We're back home now, and the truck is running like there was never anything wrong with it. I can't say enough about Chris and his team, which included service writers Serena and Tim, who not only held the fort down while Chris went for the part, but were in constant communication with him about all of it. I was very, very well, taken care of. Big O has been my service center of choice for several years, and will remain so for the foreseeable future. I should point out that this excellent level of service is what I get from my local Big O every time I go there for anything. I could not ask for more.
