Good service, clean place and friendly people

Traveling through and damaged a tire in a pickup with two trailers. Got me right in did a great job then right back on the road. Will shop Big O Tires for my next set of tires. May not be that location as I was just passing through but will be Amarillo.

They where very fast it took like 20 minutes to change all four tires. My family didn’t even have to get out of the truck

The water pump went out on my Dakota. I called Big O to have it towed there. I asked if the attendant knew of any car rentals in the area. He would check on it and let me know upon the arrival of my tow. He had the name of an establishment when I arrived. He checked my truck in and said he would call to confirm if the water pump was the problem. The mechanic made the inspect and suggested other maintenance such as idler pulley and serpentine belt and the attendant gave me the price. I said go ahead and also do an oil change. The truck was ready the next afternoon.

Was greeted by friendly rep. Service was quick. The only thing is after tire rotation. First time out on highway my Tire Pressure System warning came on for left rear tire. I hope I can have that corrected by the shop.

I was greeted very nicely by the nice young lady. She was a true delight during my visit. Her follow through was great. The service to my car was done very well

who ever did my oil change checked the lights and forgot to put the lights back on auto, when I tried to go somewhere the next morning my battery was dead.

The store rotated my tires and did not put the lock nut back in my glove compartment. I could not find it in the car. I called immediately, within the hour of returning home, but they were closed. I left a message and expect a call today. The frustration comes because I specifically asked the mechanic if he had found the lock nut, since they never asked me where I store it, and he said he did. I asked him if he returned it and he said yes. So, he was mistaken. I expect them to be more careful than that and I expect them to replace it if it's lost.

I got my tires there and had them rotated over the weekend, i let them know the tire preaussre was low and the light was on the dashboad and they didnt do anything but rotate the tires. kinda disapointed.
