I purchased my tires from Big O Tire a couple of months ago. I had a flat tire driving down the interstate. I tried to have the tire repaired, but told it was ruined. I called Big O Tire, but the tire was not in stock and needed to ordered. I received a phone call when the tire came in and they were able to put the tire on within a few hours. The tire was immediately replaced with no hassle whatsoever. Big O Tire has always honored their warranty. I am extremely pleased with Big O Tire of Trinidad.

Great Customer Service

Traveling through and damaged a tire in a pickup with two trailers. Got me right in did a great job then right back on the road. Will shop Big O Tires for my next set of tires. May not be that location as I was just passing through but will be Amarillo.
