Staff was very kind and helpful. I was so grateful that there was a kids table where my children felt comfortable. I look forward to bringing our our other vehicles to this location.

Matt and Frankie were very friendly, and had great customer service and were knowledgeable about everything I needed help with. They have helped my husband and I on multiple occasions and have never given us anything but the best service when they are there.

The folks at Big O were friendly, very knowledgeable, and eager to take care of the problem on my RV. They stayed on task and kept me informed of their work. Very pleased.

The tires were mounted and the alignment was done very quickly. Everything done to the auto was explained.

Because you guys are always great, and you have fixed many flats (extreme roads) for us at no charge so I feel I should be loyal to you. I was wanting the buy three get one free deal but you didn't have them or it wasn't the kind I needed for my car. That was another reason I came to you. That's the second time that has happened. Maybe I'm not reading the whole ad.

I ordered a complete set of new tires which arrived the following day and were installed in a very reasonable time. Included with the tire installment was an alignment check, and I needed a small adjustment which was done. I continue to be very pleased with the service at Big O. There is a consistent "can do" attitude among all the service professionals, and that is a huge comfort to a older female customer.
