WE HAD A SCREW IN THE LEFT FRONT TIRE OF THE TRUCK WHILE TRAVELING THROUGH TOWN HEADED FROM COLORADO TO TEXAS. YOUR EMPLOYEES WERE VERY KIND, FRIENDLY AND VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THEIR JOB. THEY FIXED THE DAMAGED TIRE WITH IN ONE HOUR AND I DID NOT HAVE AN APPOINTMENT. THE BIGGEST SURPRISE WAS THAT THEY DID NOT CHARGE ME FOR FIXING THE FLAT. WHO DOES THAT? I KNOW OF NO OTHER COMPANY THAT WILL FIX A FLAT TIRE FOR FREE. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND BIG O TIRES TO ANY ONE! GREAT JOB GUYS!

Matt and Frankie were very friendly, and had great customer service and were knowledgeable about everything I needed help with. They have helped my husband and I on multiple occasions and have never given us anything but the best service when they are there.

The tires were mounted and the alignment was done very quickly. Everything done to the auto was explained.

I ordered a complete set of new tires which arrived the following day and were installed in a very reasonable time. Included with the tire installment was an alignment check, and I needed a small adjustment which was done. I continue to be very pleased with the service at Big O. There is a consistent "can do" attitude among all the service professionals, and that is a huge comfort to a older female customer.

My service advisor, Carlos I think was his name? He was just the kindest and professional young man.
