After experiencing a flat on I-25, the car had to be driven over 20 miles on the spare. Big O was the nearest dealer. The employee was courteous, professional and honest. Earlier a Big O employee tried to convince me that an entire new set of tires was needed. Fortunately the store employee had more integrity and negated that idea. He was able to order a matching tire that arrived the next day. Although we asked for the ruined tire (in case of a warranty issue) it was instead thrown out.

Customer service was professional. There were a lot of people waiting to have their vehicles serviced. I waited for over an hour and half. I brought in mounted tires and a new set of wheels, already dismounted from the vehicle. They quickly swapped the tires onto the new rims and I was on my way, at a good price too!

Dealt with Carlos and Levi, they were both so awesome. We had to pre-order the tires and of course it snowed causing a delay in delivery, it is Colorado ha. Carlos communicated about the delay and set everything up when able, Levi took care of vehicle, it was all done on time and in very quick fashion. Great customer service from both guys plus my service dog got extra pets and was able to stay with vehicle. Great people, definitely will be back!
