excellent service, quality mounting & balancing, manager rob is friendly, & knows his tires. I used to shop discount tires, but have now switched to big o.

The staff were able to work me in even without an appointment to fix my flat tire. Very courteous and communicated well

Tiffany worked on my car today. Mounted snow tires, alignment, and oil change. She did an excellent job and Mazda is running smoothly. Thank you Tiffany. Justin is doing an amazing job especially in lieu of Victor's absence. I wish Victor a good recovery from his accident he is greatly missed. I followed Victor over from the Bowles store. Nothing at all against that store but Victor is the man and I wanted to be at his store. We MISS YOU VICTOR!!!

Fair price and friendly

This Big O has been consistently wonderful for me. Now that I am newly retired and on a fixed income I really appreciate being asked very specifically what kind of driving I do. These questions allow me to make more informed decisions about the kind of tires I need based on the kind of driving I now do. Also, being able to see dirty filters or fluid allows me to authorize additional work with ease. Good job Guys.

Professional and friendly staff

Mike was very friendly and helpful as soon as we walked in to get our flat repaired. He was honest about the time frame and helped us get the best deal. We had our car back by 8:30 the next morning!
