New mgt team is a breath of fresh air and expertise! After numerous negative interactions with this location I had sworn never to return..... until a screw landed in my tire! They were helpful, showed me how to check for a leak and even gave me a suggestion for great Mac n cheese! Perfect neighborhood store!

Pricing is about the same as at the dealership & the Subi Doctor. But there were 2 coupons/ deals they were able to give me, so that plus they could me in 15 minutes from phone call and get it done were great.

Killer experience! Customer Service Pros! Mike has great knowledge and can steer customers to the correct tire for intended use. JT and the gang handled my questions without pressure and gave plenty of time to make a good decision. I would recommend these guys to anyone.

In addition to the service requested, they do a preventative maintenance check. I drive older vehicles, but maintain them well. Because of Big O, the problems get fixed before they can cause me problems or strand me,

The staff here are super friendly, know their business and aren't pushy trying to sell you what you don't need. My fourteen year old Tundra is riding like it did when I first picked it up from the dealer. I won't hesitate bringing my truck back here for service and tires in the future.

The managers Shane Fessel, was very helpful and honest. He seems very on top of it. I was very pleased with my visit.
