After a diagnosis, My associate explained that only the dealer could replace the radiator problem I had, and why, and there was no charge.

People were great but I was annoyed when I paid $60 for filters and then found I could have paid a little more than half that.

Followed up on parts not in stock and easily made an appointment when they were available.

I had a tire leak on Saturday afternoon before Labor Day, I was able to bring the car in on Sunday morning for repair. The repair was made quickly and at no cost.

Easy to drop off and get vehicle serviced. Like the electronic report sent. Just need to make sure inventory is recorded correctly and in stock.

The employees were extremely knowledgeable and very pleasant to be around. I was told of a price an when it changed to reflect my new service it was explained to me very well.

I've been going to the Littleton/Ken Caryl store for years and have never had a bad experience. They are fast and courteous.

In a previous visit, I was told the left tie rod and the belts/hoses should be replaced. I brought the car in for that. And when I went to pick up the car, I was told that the tie rod was fine, and the belts and hoses didn't need replacement. Someone on the last visit apparently copied the wrong information down for my car. So, they could easily have charged me for the work and I would have never known. Instead, they were honest and did nothing, and for that, I happily bought a large pizza for Jennifer's lunch and whomever else she wanted to share with. Great service, friendly and honest people.

Requested by store to show up at 4 p.m. appointment for tire install because it would take time during the day to get the tires from the warehouse to the store. Showed up five minutes early and was told that I didn't have an appointment. Sloppy, but the store recovered and performed the install, but I had to get in line behind some other walk in customers already in progress. Took a little over two hours. Happy with tires and install, should have not taken two hours with a scheduled appointment.

I have found this store to be fair and competent. The service I hace recieved has always been excellent
