Big O Tires

I have been taking my Nissan Murano to this Big O location for 4 years and would recommend them. They always listen to what I have to say and all of my preferences related to the repair and how/when to contact me since I work night shift.

It was easy to get the work done.

Once again the employees did a great job of repairing my truck, much much quicker than I expected given the volume of business as our first snow storm was just a day away.

The tires we wanted were not in stock but we wanted something that day. Their driver had also called out that day so we couldn't get them until the next day at best. Our salesman was Andrew, and he understood our need and went to bat for us. They showed their care for their customers when the manager actually went over and picked up the tires and they were installed on the car that afternoon. I was very impressed!

They do good work for a reasonable price. I bring my older cars there, they do PM and keep me on the road .

Very pleased with the friendly service, but more importantly, with their since of urgency to help us get the tires in and on the same day. The tires were not in stock, but their manager went himself to pick them up so we could have them installed before the end of the day.

When I called to make the appointment Shane was very nice and let me know when I could bring it in so that I would not have to have a long wait. When I brought the car in the manager was very nice and making me aware of benefits Big 'O' offers.

they are very clear on explaining my services needed they help me get in as soon as possible they give me accurate times that my car will be done they are friendly and fun to do business with they are reasonably priced on their services

I used a closer Big O, but I had less than great service, and felt the customer service person seemed rude. Decided not to go back. This place never has disappointed me!

It's just an oil change but they checked and found the air filters (engine and cabin) needed replacement. For a few bucks more, both were taken care of and the car does run smoother. The PM checks for my older cars make them as reliable as anything else on the road. The problems are found before they happen.

I had a flat tire and needed it fixed immediately so I wasn’t stranded. I was able to make it to this Big O Tires location about 30 minutes before they closed. Even though they were closing soon, Jacob and Tiff greeted me kindly as I walked in and got my tire fixed in less than 20 minutes!! I really appreciate the employees here for helping me out, even with no appointment and so close to closing time. I will definitely be coming back here for other car services!

I went in to check why my front Jeep tires were leaking. I was in and out and they fixed it in the most cost effective way, thanks!
