I must have showed up at the right time. 4 new tires, not even 15 minutes to put them on. I seriously wasn't there for more than 17 minutes. I wish i paid by the hour instead of by the tire. But seriously, tire prices were not bad. I needed a good tire with a good warranty at an affordable price that would last our Colorado winters.

I had an unexpected tire puncture. I drove straight in. The associate immediately came to my car and was honest about possible options: repair or replace. He warned me that because I drove on it flat/on the rims, that it might not be a viable tire. He could have tried to sell me a new tire, but the shop fixed the puncture for free and were so pleasant about the whole visit. No pressure to buy or commit to any other product or service. I know I will go back.

I am fortunate to have this Big O within a short walk of my home. Shane and now Rick, have both done an exemplar job of taking care of my needs, including some I have asked in a hurry. This was a fairly simple one. They did go over the car and found two problems that I suspected they would find, but didn't find anything extra. Honest work, and good customer service.

I made an appointment to have a flat repaired, rotation and balance. I was told it would take an hour to an hour and a half. They got me in early and finished up in less than 45 minutes. Very pleased. Thanks!
