David is an absolute pleasure to work with; honest and dependable. Whether it is general service and maintenance or new tires, rotation and balancing to take the shimmy out of my car at highway speeds, the services performed always meet my high expectations. And the fact that the downtown 3rd Street location is within easy walking distance of my office makes dropping my car off and picking it up very convenient.

I am always happy when I leave the Big O Tires on 3rd Street and Rood Ave. Charley and his team do a great job and are always quick to greet me and assist me when I come in. Prices are great on Ladies Day!

This store is the best location I've been to. They remember me and my wife and treat us with the upmost friendly, kind and respectful service. They've gained a customer for life and I'm glad this downtown location is around.

Charlie found me some good BF Goodrich tires when you did not have the ones in stock for your sale of buy 3 get one free. Plus when I drank to much coffee at one time David cleaned up my mess immediately

I have several vehicles that I purchase tires for on an annual basis. My tire provider of choice is definitely Big-O Tires! Excellent customer service! I can shop anywhere in Grand Junction or Denver but choose the downtown store for all my needs.

I go to the same store all the time and everyone is always friendly and polite. The service is great and fast. I recommend them all the time.
