Robert provided great customer service when determining what kind of tires I would need for my vehicle. He was able to remedy not having the style I needed by researching other locations prior to letting me know and letting me know there was a Plan "B". Thank you for your pro-activeness!

The store took my trailer in and I made it clear I needed it back by the end of the day. When I didn't hear from them near closing time I stopped in and found that there had been a lack of follow up and the tire was not done and they were in the process of closing. I expressed my displeasure and the urgency of the situation and the remaining attendants quickly changed my tire and got me back on the road. The next day I received a call from the store manager I assume and he apologized for the inconvenience. Bottom line they took care of me and followed up, I really appreciate the service I received.

Donnie was very good to work with. He did exactly what he said he was going to do. The only suggestion would be to have the mechanic wash their hands before test driving the vehicle. I had a greasy steering wheel and shift lever. I'll definitely be going back for more service.

Whether it is general service and maintenance or new tires, rotation and balancing to take the shimmy out of my car at highway speeds, the services performed always meet my high expectations. And the fact that the downtown 3rd Street location is within easy walking distance of my office makes dropping my car off and picking it up very convenient.
