I am from Farmington New Mexico. I came into this store yesterday with a shake in the front end of my car and explained my situation to the manager about having to go back over the pass with my whole family in the vehicle and that I needed to be sure all was good. The manager was more then happy to help me and my family right now brought my car in immediately had to tires rebalanced all lugs retorcked and sent us on our way no charge I want to say a huge thank you to all involved from me and my family. I Have come to Big-O for several years. I was recommended to Big-O by a friend and was not disappointed. I have worked with Donnie on every occasion and he is knowledgeable and extends exceptional customer service every time.

Now that it's cold I began having some issues starting my truck. Jumped it and drove to Big O downtown where I always go and they were super busy. Donnie had someone check the battery status right away, it needed replacing and had me outta there in less than 30 minutes. Donnie is always great, usually has a coupon for a discount and runs an amazing business! I highly recommend Big O downtown...always ahead of the rest! Thank you...

I could not be happier with Donnie and Robert. They not only got me the best price on tires, they arranged a custom request to powder coat my rims at the same time that saved me so much time. The group of guys and gals that work at the 3rd Street Big 0 are awesome. Fast, knowledgeable, curtious, and very friendly. There is a lot other business could learn from them. They are the only shop in town that I can truly rely on.
