Big O Tires

We really do live off the grid! (in another County). I received a flat tire on a dirt/rock road. I needed tires TODAY, RIGHT NOW. Although the tires were not available, a person was sent to the next county to procure the tires required. Yes, I had to wait; but it was nothing compared to having to stay overnight in Montrose.

I hit something on the road lost control and suffered a concussion. Matthew at Big O in Montrose Colorado took care of everything for me. I am very grateful for his service especially in really trying times.

Every time I go down there it a pleasure talking to the group of workers. I buy all my tires and wheels from Big O and get all four vehicles serviced there. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Very great team at the Montrose Location.

I dropped my Jeep off for service and tires and walked a couple of blocks up the street for breakfast. When I arrived back at the store, they were just finishing up and within ten minutes, I was on my way home. The work was quickly and competently performed so I was able to get on with my day.

I walked in off the street for a tire rotation. I received a warm greeting from a young man named Frank. I grade well above-average in communicating a genuine concern for helping me with my problem. He has a good way with people. He represents Big O well. I look forward to my next trip to Big O. Jim Sims

Awesome honest service with very friendly staff.

Replaced hubcap on my Subaru Tribeca that got damaged during tire switch. It took some time but now I have the new hubcap. Also, good service on new snow tires for my daughter's car.

They were fast, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Overall a very good experience.

Jesus received my call before I had my car towed to be looked at. He was reassuring that it would get looked at and I would be contacted with information about what was wrong. Brian left me a voicemail about the repairs needed. Even though I opted out of doing the repair right now I was treated with the same respect as if I were. I appreciate the Montrose Big O and have been a returning customer because of good service and professionalism.

Went beyond the normal service.

Mike was super great. He made accommodations for me that I didn't even have to ask for. I can't think of a better time I have had better customer service in a shop. In my 6 years of doing automotive work, I have rarely seen a cleaner, friendlier, or quick and accurate service.
