Big O Tires

Wayne and his crew always take care of me. I know they care.

Had issues with tires and brake inspection. Big O came and picked up my car, fixed the tire problem and explained the mixup on the brake inspection. Returned my car after they aligned it without charge.

I have disabilities and recently had cancer thrown in the mix for me so Frank and store manager got me taken care of as quickly as they could . One was for just tire rotation, the other was for alignment and tire rotation. They did not try to upsale me on the 2nd car even though its a high milage 04. So thanks for good service and help.

Based on information from a previous service, I thought I needed a complete brake job. The company could have easily performed and charged me for this service. Instead they informed me that, yes, The brakes were wearing but not to the point of needing replacement at this time. I so appreciated only having to paying for a normal servicing without the extra charges for brakes.

This was excellent service. I only needed a tire rotation. The service agent took my keys and in 10 minutes I had my car back. This was the type of service I needed at the time, and they came thru without me asking.

They were fast, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Overall a very good experience.

For two consecutive years I have experienced flat tires on mining road in the San Juan Mountains of southwest Colorado. Both flats required tire replacement. The folks at Big O in Montrose have given me incredible advice, assistance, and service on both occasions to quickly get me back on the road.
