I was not offered anything free. Infact I wasn't asked about anything other than what size tires I was looking for.

I have been a customer of the Montrose Big O since it opened and every time I have found this to be an honest ( I got 2nd opinions), store that has the customers best interest up front. This is a locally owned store that treats everyone well.

I was not offered a free alignment check. I came in because I had a slow leak in my back right tire. It was fixed and they said it had a nail. I did ask them if the checked all of the tires air pressure and the gentleman said yet.
