Big O Tires

I asked to have my tires rotated cross wise and they just put the tires on front same side on back same side, also I've tried to give you my mechanical business but mechanic is always busy and I had to go somewhere else with my business, they also appear highly disorganized. Not to mention they have put tires on to tight that couldn't get lug nuts off when I had a flat and was stranded for hours. Won't be back to get new tires which is sad because Ilike the Big o brand tires.

I needed to get in and out and thats what i got. In that regard im happy... My problem with big o is i feel like thats all they do... in out and no time for a customer with questions or concerns or they dont listen to questions or concerns. Jesus listened to me tell him my valve caps were in the car and that i had a concern about a noise... when the tech brought my vehicle back (very timely) the tech was unaware (it seemed) of anything i mentioned to jesus. I feel like im left hanging... nobody comments much about the car. I feel like im praying any of it is actually getting done at all. I don't feel assured and 100% confident. So for other than tires i try to go elsewhere thats willing to chat about my concerns.

Wasted oil on top of engine.

Oil change on BMW was done OK but left oil all over the valve cover and oil running down the front bumper

Alignment check at 168,557, on 4/21/2019. Results shown to be correct. Steering gear assembly however, is suspect.

I appreciated working with Frank. He was easy to work with and very helpful in my warranty situation with Michelin Tire Co. Also, helped me into a new set of tires in association with the Michelin claim.

Service was fine, but they told there was no written tire protection plan. Huh? How do I know what is covered and what is not? I have to take your word for it?

1) ONLY A FEW OF THE EMPLOYEES WORE MASKS. 2) CHECKING OUT, I WAITED 6 MINUTES OR MORE FOR THE EMPLOYEE TO ACKNOWLEDGE MY PRESENCE (HE WAS WORKING ON THE COMPUTER AND MAKING A CALL TO GET PARTS) B/F RETURNING MY KEYS TO GET ON MY WAY. MY POINT IS: 1) HE COULD HAVE SAID AT THE OUTSET THAT HE NEEDED TO FINISH WHAT HE WAS WORKING ON B/F HELPING; 2) ASKED MY BUSINESS TO JUDGE HOW LONG IT COULD HAVE TAKEN; 3) IMMEDIATELY HELPED AS I WAS A CUSTOMER NEEDING SERVICE. WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO CUSTOMER SERVICE?

I came in for a tire rotation and balance, well they rotated them, but didnt balance now I have to go back again to get it right. Not very happy

Did get the tires replaced. But it took quite a while. I also wanted the alignment checked, but apparently they didn't have time, so I have to go back a couple days later to get that done. A small annoyance.

I had to replace a couple tires on a trailer.After speaking with the service adviser about the needed repairs I asked that I be called upon completion. He gave an affirmative response and double checked my number. No call was received so I showed up a few minutes before closing. I asked the cashier why I wasn't called and her response was no one told her. This has happened every time I've had to leave my vehicle or trailer. I'm stuck using them because of the nation wide warranty, plus I really like the tires. They're the only game in town. It's unfortunate that they don't bump up their customer service!!!
