Big O Tires

Steve.. I think was his name.. informed me that my tires were worn down a lot!! Will be getting new tires with in the week. The guys got to my car as quickly as possible to do an oil change before I headed to Denver. Thanks for the honesty from your employees

The store was very bus, the Thursday before Fourth of July Weekend. Yet they found time to make sure I was taken care of despite the hustle of all the customers. One older man, who was working in the back ( he was a little dusty from his work and wearing nitrile gloves), came out and made sure I was served, Gary, was his name I was impressed!

Great, got me in right away and my kids were accomodated with a welcoming waiting area.

I have been taking our two vehicles to the Montrose location for about 5 years, and I have never been disappointed by the service I have received. The manager, Wayne, is always very accommodating, as is the rest of the staff. I will continue having our vehicles serviced there.

They were polite and knowledgeable. But the person who put my tires on ruined the pressure sensor. They offered to fix but I was driving g to Chicago

Alignment check at 168,557, on 4/21/2019. Results shown to be correct. Steering gear assembly however, is suspect.

The staff was very courteous and helpful.

Did get the tires replaced. But it took quite a while. I also wanted the alignment checked, but apparently they didn't have time, so I have to go back a couple days later to get that done. A small annoyance.
