I filed a complaint which was promptly handled. The western slopes manager contacted me and made the situation right. I was not only surprised but also somewhat shocked as most similar complaints with other companies only result in lip service and then get filed away. Big O did the right thing and made the situation right by me.

It took several minutes for a sales person to offer to assist me on entering the facility then a pleasant young man assisted me with my purchase on a timely manner

Staff was friendly and efficient. They removed my winter tires and mounted my summer tires. Three of the tires were inflated to the correct pressure, one was seven pounds over. Last year, when my winter tires were mounted, all four were at a different pressure, with a spread of nine pounds. When I brought the vehicle back in the next day the service manger quickly had them checked and inflated properly. I am wondering why there is a lack of consistent measured pressures. Faulty air gauges ? Otherwise, I am pleased with your service.

The day before I arranged to drop off our pop up camper to have the tires replaced. The service writer, Frank (I believe) did not have the size in stock but would order them. The following day I dropped the trailer off before the store opened and went to work. When I picked it up later in the day the repairs were completed. Everything went off without a hitch!

Just came in for a quick and complementary tire rotation. Matt quickly took my keys and I was in & out in less than 45 mins.

Service was good but not to the level I have previously experience. The intake person I suspect was new to the position and somewhat distracted.

I took my vehicle in for the winter tire changeover and oil change service. Since my TPMS light was on I requested that the spare be checked during the service and that was noted on the work sheet. During checkout I asked if the spare was checked as I didn't see a pressure noted on the worksheet for the spare similar to noted pressure on the four mounted tires. Staff asked me to pull up to a bay and checked it. It was low and the cause of the TPMS alert. The total service was done in a timely fashion and mounting & balancing was done well as expected. I realize that it is my responsibility to communicate well what I wanted done. I think that it is your responsibility to check to insure all was done properly and as requested. After all, tires are your primary business.

They offered to take me home and pick me up and that was such a help.

They were very nice (other than the check-out gal who made no eye contact and offered no pleasantries at all). And, though they wouldn't accept a reservation (I live 1.5 hours away, so that would've been nice), they were super fast in getting the work done! Only thing in hindsight that I didn't ask for, nor was it offered to me, was pricing on comparable tires. Only one brand was offered, as they were in stock. And, no benefits of the tires offered were explained, other than "they're in stock," Hence, the lower "product knowledge and expertise" score. I'm sure they have this knowledge, it just wasn't displayed for me. Store seemed clean. Just outdated with a very loud and rattling heating system. I don't expect much more in a tire shop, so I'm not complaining at all. Just doesn't deserve an "excellent" score.

After I got my vehicle returned to me, a while down the road I noticed my steering was off. Either something was done wrong or they bumped into something.

Jesus spent time on the phone suggesting the tires to buy for my car and they were in inventory when I came. The installation and alignment took less than an hour (I arrived at 7:45 am).

I have had great and quick service.....but....I have had a dent put on my hood....and I had to get 3 estimates....and then....spend two days without my car while the dent was fixed....then last trip in for routine service.....someone broke a lug nut stud off and the part had to be ordered so I had to make another trip to get that repaired.....all the repairs were satisfactory....and people at store are good....but my vehicle keeps acquiring new problems every time I take it in

Super fast. I would give five stars for a little reassurance. This may sound trivial but i think its part of good service anywhere. As i relate what i want done or looked at i would appreciate the list of my concerns read back to me so i dont have to ask if that all got written down or if i was heard. Then when i get the vehicle back id like to be told what was done about each concerns on my list. Its all about confidence in the service and product.

Change process a bit when customer needs new tires...to save time / confusion. First check vehicle list on each tire manufacturer's web site..... to see which of their tires are the right fit for the vehicle needing tires.

I was greeted at the door with a friendly, "hello, what can we do for you today?". They were obviously busy yet took the time to meet my auto care needs in a timely manner. Another customer and I totally enjoyed the fact that one of the service men working on another vehicle was cheerfully singing along with the radio appearing to be enjoying his work. We could see another service man struggling and mouthing "this is a pain ....", yet he was continuing to to the job at hand in a positive manner. The staff know what they are doing and do it well, always courteously and politely.
