Big O Tires

Always great service.

I was not satisfied with service . I tried for two days before I when in to be sure if tires were in stock. talk to a few people no one return my call . I went on the third day . I talk to a person at the desk . They checked the tires . they had three in stock . The truck will be in hour with the other one . I went and had something to eat . They call and said the tire came in . Four hours later my truck was finished. It never took that long before.

My car was in and out quickly. However, all four rims were greasy all over. Asked to check my breaks, and they didn't. Disappointed there was no sale, and the coupons I had were not valid on the brand of tires I got.

The staff were not wearing masks and/or gloves. There was no signage strongly encouraging customers to wear a mask. About half of the customers were not wearing face coverings. I chose to wait outside.

It took several minutes for a sales person to offer to assist me on entering the facility then a pleasant young man assisted me with my purchase on a timely manner

When you make a rebate offer you should make sure it happens....Both the Tustin store and I sent $50 rebate offer sheets to the specified location and I was subsequently told that the offers had expired....when you make a customer an offer, you should insure it happens when they do what you ask them to do....bad customer service....

The day before I arranged to drop off our pop up camper to have the tires replaced. The service writer, Frank (I believe) did not have the size in stock but would order them. The following day I dropped the trailer off before the store opened and went to work. When I picked it up later in the day the repairs were completed. Everything went off without a hitch!

The guy that checked me out was super nice and helpful.

Always great service, but disapointed they forgot to do an alignment that I requested & I drive quite a ways to get car serviced.

They offered to take me home and pick me up and that was such a help.

After I got my vehicle returned to me, a while down the road I noticed my steering was off. Either something was done wrong or they bumped into something.

My tire valve wasn't tightened properly so it went flat. I brought it in the next day and they fixed it. Mistakes happen for all of us. I will still use Big O even though somebody goofed. I make mistakes too.

Jesus spent time on the phone suggesting the tires to buy for my car and they were in inventory when I came. The installation and alignment took less than an hour (I arrived at 7:45 am).

Super fast. I would give five stars for a little reassurance. This may sound trivial but i think its part of good service anywhere. As i relate what i want done or looked at i would appreciate the list of my concerns read back to me so i dont have to ask if that all got written down or if i was heard. Then when i get the vehicle back id like to be told what was done about each concerns on my list. Its all about confidence in the service and product.
