Great rebate offers on this deal. Good looking tires. Fast service. Need to ask customers if they want nitrogen in their tires instead of air instead of just doing it. Had no idea what nitrogen was all about until I googled it. An extra exspense that really isn't needed.

So glad I made the choice to stop in and have my tire looked at! I had excellent friendly service. The garage was nearing the end of the day and instead of suggesting I return when they opened in the morning they took the time to fix my tire.

I had a great experience at this NTB location. I typically dread going in for any type of car service because oftentimes salesmen and service techs will try to sell products and services that I do not really need. But that was not the case here. The guys were straightforward and honest with me and they were knowledgeable. The team there are truly customer service oriented and I really appreciate that.

We were visiting from Florida when our tire pressure warning light came on in our 2015 Honda Accord. Checked tire pressure and right rear was lower than when we checked before our trip. It was 4:30 on Saturday afternoon and Matt did not hesitate to help solve our problem, including taking us to and from our grandson's birthday party (1 mile away) while the tire was being serviced. We have a vacation home in the area and will keep Matt in mind when we need new tires.

When you make a rebate offer you should make sure it happens....Both the Tustin store and I sent $50 rebate offer sheets to the specified location and I was subsequently told that the offers had expired....when you make a customer an offer, you should insure it happens when they do what you ask them to do....bad customer service....

Always great service, but disapointed they forgot to do an alignment that I requested & I drive quite a ways to get car serviced.

My tire valve wasn't tightened properly so it went flat. I brought it in the next day and they fixed it. Mistakes happen for all of us. I will still use Big O even though somebody goofed. I make mistakes too.
