Thanks to Matt and Edward for their help in my time of need. I needed a tire for one of my vehicles stuck on the interstate. These gentlemen took the initiative to stay open after hours and get me out of a bind. My daughter was able to continue on her way, and I slept a lot better knowing she will be safe on the road. I plan to return and replace the remaining tires when my child returns home. Big Thanks Fellas!!!! Thomas.

So glad I made the choice to stop in and have my tire looked at! I had excellent friendly service. The garage was nearing the end of the day and instead of suggesting I return when they opened in the morning they took the time to fix my tire.

The morning was cool but it was ok to be a little more than a bit of time

I had a great experience at this NTB location. I typically dread going in for any type of car service because oftentimes salesmen and service techs will try to sell products and services that I do not really need. But that was not the case here. The guys were straightforward and honest with me and they were knowledgeable. The team there are truly customer service oriented and I really appreciate that.

Good service

We were visiting from Florida when our tire pressure warning light came on in our 2015 Honda Accord. Checked tire pressure and right rear was lower than when we checked before our trip. It was 4:30 on Saturday afternoon and Matt did not hesitate to help solve our problem, including taking us to and from our grandson's birthday party (1 mile away) while the tire was being serviced. We have a vacation home in the area and will keep Matt in mind when we need new tires.
