Frank helped me find the right tires for my car and I got excellent service the same day! thank you for the great service.

I came in with a flat tire repair, and was greeted warmly. After the flat was repaired, Jesus let me know that my brake pads were low, asked if I wanted to see what was going on. He showed me with the measuring tools just how low the pads were. I appreciate his patience and interest to educate me about an important part of my car. He checked all 4 brake pads and rotors and confirmed only 2 pads needed replacing and the rotors were all good. I called my regular technician with the brake pad measurement and they said "Very low! Change them!" Thanks to Jesus, I now feel confident about my car's brake safety and grateful that I avoided any damage to the rotors that would have led to a much more costly repair had this gone unnoticed. As I am headed out on a long road trip in a few days, I feel fortunate this issue got addressed. Thank you!

Big 'O' stores have always provided care of the minor squawks, so when it was time for a brake job on my '92 F250 with 107k miles my local Big 'O' people got the job. They did good work, got it done on time and were up front on the cost.

My snow tires were taken off, wrapped in plastic, and back in my car in less than fifteen minutes! The mechanics in back worked so fast that they sounded like a pit crew at NASCAR (which I loved!). Plus they sang the whole time they worked and were very entertaining on a Tuesday afternoon.

Wayne is always a great help and a pleasure to work with as well. As always, I received prompt, courteous service. The honesty of the staff regarding the needs for my vehicle is always greatly appreciated.

The tire replacement took 60 minutes longer than estimated but I was tired and fell asleep in the waiting area so I really didn't notice it.

Took car in to the Montrose location Monday. Needed flat fixed and one of the lug bolts (broken) need to be replaced. Within an hour they called back and said car was ready. They advised that the lug bolt was canabolized from an F150 Ford-so no need to get a new Subaru part-saved me money. They also advised that the front passenger tire was also flat and that was fixed. Overall great customer service with speedy repair and excellent cost savings. Cannot day enough great things about this place and the personnel who are employed there!

My family was visiting Colorado on vacation during the winter storms in January 2017 and we were unsure if the tires on our new Jeep (purchased in Texas) would be adequate for the snow that we were experiencing. We stopped in Big O's with the intention of purchasing the proper tires that would safely get us through the mountains. Matt walked outside and looked closely at our existing tires and told us we did not need to buy any tires for the Jeep. He stated the tires we already had were very good tires. Not only was I glad to hear that our tires were fine for the current road conditions, I was very pleased with the honesty from Matt. He could have easily sold me a new set of tires to make a sale but he chose to be honest with us about the tires on our Jeep. Thanks Matt and thanks Big O Tires. If I'm ever in need of tires in Colorado, Big O will be my first stop.

Your manager, Wayne I believe is his name, treated me extremely well trading in 2 brand new tires I no longer needed and sold me a new set of 4 tires at a very competitive price. Later I went in for a rotation on a different vehicle and the customer service was excellent. It was excellent both times. The staff that I talked to were all very friendly. Being treated well in business has become rare. So, you now have a customer for life. Wayne and all of you are much younger than I am so you'll be at it longer than I'll be around. :))
