Big O Tires

Once the car was in, 4 tires were balanced on in very timely fashion.

My thanks for helping get my friends car driveable. She's a single mom and needs to get more miles out of this car with 245,000 miles on. Shooting for 300,000 miles

I came in with a flat tire repair, and was greeted warmly. After the flat was repaired, Jesus let me know that my brake pads were low, asked if I wanted to see what was going on. He showed me with the measuring tools just how low the pads were. I appreciate his patience and interest to educate me about an important part of my car. He checked all 4 brake pads and rotors and confirmed only 2 pads needed replacing and the rotors were all good. I called my regular technician with the brake pad measurement and they said "Very low! Change them!" Thanks to Jesus, I now feel confident about my car's brake safety and grateful that I avoided any damage to the rotors that would have led to a much more costly repair had this gone unnoticed. As I am headed out on a long road trip in a few days, I feel fortunate this issue got addressed. Thank you!

WAYNE IS THE "TOP SHELF" MANAGER IN A GREAT STORE. WHAT A GREAT BUNCH OF FOLKS TO WORK WITH. I HAVE EVEN HADTHEM SERVICE TIRES THAT WERE NOT PURCHASED THERE.

The only complaint is if you're going to Walt for your vehicle, come prepared to strip down to your tidy whities. The furnace there blows directly down on the waiting area relentlessly and the thermostat is set to... ....never shut off. Other than that, Bog O is the best

Wayne and his crew were excellent and fast. Debbie even adjusted my bill afterwards when I realized a coupon had inadvertently not been applied. There was no hassle. They honored the internet quote I got after the fact as well. I did not notice it at the checkout, but when I came back to have it adjusted, Debbie was great at handling that and Wayne confirmed it was ok. I will certainly recommend them to all! These guys were great!
