Big O Tires

Fastest rotation I ever had. It was like a pit stop. I barely got seated and was planning to read a magazine when the guy walked out with me keys and said the car was done.

The guys are awesome! This was my first visit there and I will be back!

They rotated our tires and we didn't have to wait long at all.

I just brought a spare tire in that was flat, but the guys were very friendly and very quick to get it fixed for me. I always like coming to the store.

The Grand Junction, Colorado store came through after the store I bought my tires at and another closer store didn't have a tire to replace the one that suddenly blew out from something on the road. I am greatful and will probably spend the extra gas to patronize the Grand Junction store from now on. Each of the other stores....Delta & Montrose Colorado had promised to have the tire I needed supplied the next day...and in each case the sorder was either NOT placed or the people said it would take a lot longer for me to get what I needed. I could not wait while having to drive approximately 50 miles a day on the spare donut-style tire.

I had a Rear suspension issue with my 4runner. Shop opened right on time at 7. Tyler greeted me with a smile and offered me coffee. They had my vehicle up on the lift and diagnosed within minutes. They ordered my replacement part which was promptly dropped off at 8; & I was on my way by 8:15. I've always had wonderful experiences with this BigO in Montrose. Would highly recommend!
