I went into the shop for an estimate and, not only did I get a great quote, but an offer to do same day service! I accepted and left the car to get new tires. I received a phone call WITHIN the hour that my car was done and ready for me! Always friendly, always, courteous, always diligent. Long time customer and will continue!!

After going to three auto repair shops previously and spending over $300.00 to diagnose my issue with the front end of my jeep cherokee clunking on sharp left turns, Herman Miller was able to find the cause of the issue and repair it in less than an hour by tightening a couple of bolts on the left side. He knows how to do find causes of problems and saved me over $2000.00 had I continued to use the previous repair shops. One of the shops was the Jeep dealership in Montrose, Co. Herman should be recognized for his ability to diagnose issues and resolve them in a timely manner.

I was able to get my tire replaced quickly.The shop removed and remounted my spare, and replaced the punctured tire--even replaced the tire jack I had left loose in the cargo area.
