Traveling through Montrose and had a flat tire fixed. This is a quality tire service facility. The customer service is outstanding! The service work was done when promised and at a fair price. Thank you!

My flat tire was fixed and the others checked at no charge because they were bought there over a year ago. They noticed my brakes were not wearing the same and they wanted to find out why. They gave me a estimate and showed me the reason and the brake system was fixed in a timely manner.

There have only been a couple people that were not very friendly but service has always been good and I've used this store for about 18 years

I was having the worst day... a flat tire was only a small part of it, but I went in feeling pretty defeated. The staff were helpful, professional, accommodating, and most importantly, the whole thing cheered me up! They repaired my flat in a jiffy and I was on my way with a new attitude and a functioning car! Thank you guys!

Great team and very understanding of our financial situation. They made suggestions but respected out limitations. Got us on the road to our kids baseball tournament and made us feel safe on the road again. Thank you!!!

I mentioned what I wanted checked and they seemed to thoroughly look at it. They showed me what the fluid looked like and on what was bad and what was good.

I had a good experience getting my tires changed. the information I was given was very informative and made it easy to find a tire. My only disappointment was I thought I was going to get an alignment but I didn't, so there must have been some miscommunication there.

The Manager is great and always helpful. The staff are on top of it and friendly. They make the experience very smooth and pleasant!

Matt and his crew saved us...we had a flat tire/ruined sidewall while on vacation outside of Montrose. Called Matt at 5:30pm and asked if they had our tires in stock (Local Ford dealer did not!). He did and promised that they would get us taken care of before they closed at 6pm, AND they did!! Great price, great crew, top notch service!

I was immediately greeted when I walked into the store. With in one minute someone had taken my order for a tire repair. My tire was fixed and finished within 15 minutes. I was given additional helpful information. The tire technician also inflated All of the tires for me a little fuller to make them last longer. I was given a recommendation on which tires to replace in the near future.

All good. We like that place.

I have used my local Big O products and services in Montrose, Colorado for 20 years and they have never failed in any area. Truth be told, they just seem to improve with the times.

Everyone was very nice. They got my car in for a service and an alignment and called when it was done.
